When a SFX Officer of higher rank is present, he/she assumes command of the situation. All Officers of lower rank are to follow the orders of the highest ranking Officer present.
When entering Ventrilo, all officers are to report to the Bridge
When an officer enters the Bridge, one of the gaming channels, the Admirals Lounge,Battle Bridge, They are to report in for duty by stating their rank and name, followed by "reporting for duty."
An officer is required to request permission to leave all of the rooms listed above.
When a commanding officer above the rank of Fleet Captain enters the Bridge or any of the Game rooms, An officer present is to respond as such "((rank)) On deck, At attention!" Example: Fleet Admiral on deck, At attention! And every officer of lower rank is to respond "At attention" The officer who entered the room will say "At ease" Unless during a meeting.
All members are to acknowledge treaties signed between clans. Disregard of any treaty will result in the loss of command and possible demotion.
An officer is not to intervene in the internal affairs of another clan.
StarFleet Xtreme officers shall chose a Federation star-ship as their primary vessel.
First contact is always to be made peacefully. Unless otherwise stated by a higher-ranking officer.
All clan members Should be polite .Help other player's when needed & able to. Remember some day you may need Their help.
All commanding officers (Commander and above), are responsible for the orders that they issue. Therefore, after a simulation, a commanding officer may be commended or denounced for their actions.
All SFX Members have the right to object to orders issued by Higher-ranking officers if it is inappropriate.
The safety of your ship is of utmost priority. However, if involved in a combat situation, all Starfleet officers are not to destroy the enemy vessel unless authorized by a higher-ranking officer.
If there are two commanding officers with the same rank, then command will fall to the one with greater tactical ability (the one with the better ship or knowledge of the situation). If both have the same ship, then please, share.
All Starfleet officers are not to falsify any information in their reports or logs.
Starfleet Xtreme officer's are encouraged to use their clan name in non-clan related activities. However, by doing so, the Clan Protocols do apply.

Starfleet Xtreme will be run and maintained by the High Command. < Commodore & Above > The High Command holds final say, veto, and ultimate authority on any decision made within the clan.
There is a 30 day probationary period to make sure that new recruits will fit in with the members of Starfleet Xtreme.
Have the new Recruit Fill out the application in the academy section of our forums. Please make sure the New Recruit use their Desired Ventrilo/gaming name to better Identify Them.
In order to fully participate and be considered a full-fledged member of Starfleet Xtreme, you must download Ventrilo and use it. If you do not have a working microphone, you should still come into Ventrilo , if just to listen. Microphones are extremely cheap these days, so if you do not have one, get one ASAP.
If you do not already have it, download X fire, It is worth the download and complements Ventrilo
All new Recruits come in as the rank of Cadet amongst the SFX Command Structure and there is no exception to that..
The Final Order that is given from the High Command and can never be overwritten
